Vaccination Requirements:

Families must arrive on time.  For example, if you booked 10AM, then your train leaves at 10AM, so your arrival time should be no later than 930AM. Families should arrive no later than 30 minutes BEFORE their scheduled time to allow time for check-in, parking and being ready to board the train.

Families are welcome to arrive at anytime and most families spend 2 hours with us.

Families will not be allowed to change to other time slots on the day if they are late. No refunds or transfers are given to families who are late.

Please note that in light of the current Covid 19 pandemic, and further to advice and direction from the HSE, we will retain your contact details for contact tracing purposes [for a period of 14 days] from the date of your visit to Christmas Island.  In the event that we receive a request from the HSE within this time period for visitor contact details, we will provide a copy of the information which you have submitted to us to the HSE to allow them to contact you.
